Today is the BIG day! It's the day where the Budget Truck is packed and I leave for Oregon. I don't really know how I feel. I'm not really excited, scared, mad, happy.....I'm really just numb. It has been a long couple of weeks of packing and purging and I am exhausted.
I will say that I had a hard time sleeping last night. I don't know if it was the uncertainty or if it was Thomas whining all night. (I think he senses the change.) I am not well rested and I have a 12 hour leg of the trip today. Julie and Jeff will not be here until noon. Poor Jeff had to work last night because and needed some time to rest this morning. I bet he's even more tired than I. Since we won't be getting into Lincoln, Nebraska until VERY late tonight/tomorrow morning, I seriously doubt we will go all the way. It might just be too much. Then again, we may be pleasantly surprised.
Mr. Laptop will be with me the entire trip so I will be sure to keep everyone updated as we move along. I will also be updating facebook with pictures and funny statuses.
So until I find free wifi, I must say goodbye to my internet friends for now.

Be careful and have fun! We love you and can't wait to visit! I know you were worried, but I am here to report that Joe's computer is up and running again as well as the TBIRD, since they both died on Monday~! WE no longer have a CRABBY JOEY in WV!
